For the expansion of our Multilingual Operational Team, we are currently looking for 18 native German Speakers for the position of Customer Service and Help Desk.
Our Client is a Multinational Corporation, present in Europe, Asia and America in the IT field since 1989.
Main tasks:
- technical assistance trought inbound calls and live chat
- email
- ticket
- RMA ?
- retail support
Applicants should be Native German or bilingual.
Required level: C1.
Place of employment: Italy.
